Part of Peavy's TransTube Series amplifiers, the Rage 158 is a two-channel, 15-Watt combo that's been designed to emulate the sound of a tube guitar amp and comes loaded with two voicings: Modern and Vintage. In Modern mode, you're treated to a warm-and-familiar guitar sound, while the Vintage mode injects the brightness and clarity of classic guitar amps. The Peavey Rage 158 has been outfitted with pre/post gain pots, a 3-band EQ section, a headphone output, and a tape/CD input, allowing it to support jam sessions and solo practice sessions alike.

Supported by Peavey's patented TransTube system, this transistor amp offers the warm and saturated sound of a real tube-driven model, where the resulting dynamics and raw-and-pure sound are accurately reproduced by an 8-inch Blue Marvel speaker.
